Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We are committed to delivering your order in a timely and secure manner. Please read our shipping policy below for important information on processing, shipping times, and rates. **Elderberry Syrup is currently on available for pick up. 

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We’ll notify you via email if there are significant delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to postal service issues or external factors (e.g., weather, holidays).

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses using USPS. Delivery times may vary.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not ship outside of the United States. 

Lost or Damaged Shipments

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos of the damage and we’ll work to resolve the issue.
