All Organic Ingredients: nettle, damiana, calendula, chamomile, rose hip and cinnamon chips

Tasting Notes: A soft, uplifting blend with sweet floral notes, a hint of berry brightness and grounding finish. 

How to make: bring 8oz of water to a boil and steep 1 teaspoon of a tea for 5-10 minutes. The longer it steeps, the stronger it becomes. Offer the leftover tea back to the Earth in gratitude.
